Pittman & Steele, PLLC of Burlington is pleased to announce that Andrew Randall Draper will be joining the firm as an associate attorney. Andrew is a 2023 graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he was the recipient of the Gressman and Pollitt Advocacy Award and served as a staff member of the North Carolina Journal of International Law. He was published in the journal for writing a piece on legal support systems for victims of torture in Afghanistan.

Andrew is a Greenville, NC native who attended UNC Chapel Hill for his undergraduate degree. During his undergraduate and graduate time, he worked with the UNC Honor Court System, where he worked with students who had been reported of Honor Code violations. During his third year of law school, he was the head of the honor court system.

Andrew is newlywed to a fellow UNC Law classmate named Talia. They were married in April and are looking forward to starting their lives as practicing attorneys. Andrew looks forward to learning and working in Burlington.
